I work as a mobile PT so i can come and train you in the comfort of your own home - no need for a gym membership! I write up a fully personalised 6 week training programme for you that will allow you to achieve your goals in the fastest possible time.

Public speaking to all sizes of audiences. My story of underweight with no confidence and being in the fashion industry with a top model agency for 6 years to healthy strong woman - mentally and physically - and becoming an entrepreneur. From this journey I inspire and motivate people on all levels but my topics are body image, eating disorders (how to spot the signs and recovery), confidence and self love in today's society, social media pressures (and how to not let these affect you mentally), the modelling industry and its affect on young people, (what is real and what is not). I also can speak about nutrition or fitness in more depth to certain audiences if this is something you are interested in. For example i speak to models about nutrition, how to eat well, living a healthy lifestyle and their benefits.
