It's normal to desire to be whole, well,

healthy, and fit, but many of us just don’t know how to get there. There is a lack of healthy living advice but tonnes of 'dieting' advice - a lot of which is NOT healthy.

We are all stressed and busy; which is where I come in. Someone to help you every step of the way and give you what you need and teach you so after working with me you can maintain the lifestyle.

I give all my clients a free 45 minute consultation during which I will go into detail about your goals, and how I can help you to achieve them.


Lifestyle And Nutrition Coaching: 12 Weeks

My 12 Week Lifestyle Coaching programme is my signature package, this is the most popular of my services and in just 12 weeks you'll have a dramatic improvement in how you look and feel. Not only will I help to re-educate  you on healthy eating habits but you'll also come away with a plan that you and your family can follow for a healthy lifestyle.

In my lifestyle coaching package you'll also get:

  • Nutrition coaching
  • Food diary analysis of current diet with what needs to be changed, typed up and sent at end of first week
  • Macronutrient Profiling for your goals
  • Education on macronutrients and micronutrients
  • Healthy Food Guide which also includes a shopping list

  • Meal Planning guide
  • Daily Check ins - every evening food diary analysis and feedback for the next day
  • 1 weekly 1 hour call - check in and plan for the next week
  • Fortnightly review of progress
  • Re education of healthy eating and learning to a healthy balanced diet, and still maintain a social life, work, and family (if applicable)
  • Positive body image and self confidence/esteem coaching
  • Advice on sleep and stress management and learning about the affects of these on your health and fitness goals

Mobile Or Online Personal Training

I can help you reach your goals in weight loss, muscle strength and improving your overall motivation and self confidence in the comfort of your own home or your local park. You will receive a bespoke personalised training experience which will improve your personal clarity, focus and motivation. I also work online so if you have access to basic or equipment but are not based in the South East of the UK i can still coach you and give you a bespoke personalised programme (I have coached people in Australia, France, America and Germany!).

  • FREE 1 HOUR PT SESSIONS INCLUDING AN INITAL CONSULTATION 
  • All sessions are an hour
  • Packs range from 1 session to 20 sessions - discussed in your free session

As well as offering coaching I am also a regular public speaker, act as an ambassador and still work as a model.

Public Speaker & Ambassador

Public speaking to all sizes of audiences. My story of underweight with no confidence and being in the fashion industry with a top model agency for 6 years to healthy strong woman - mentally and physically - and becoming an entrepreneur. From this journey I inspire and motivate people on all levels but my topics are body image, eating disorders (how to spot the signs and recovery), confidence and self love in today's society, social media pressures (and how to not let these affect you mentally), the modelling industry and its affect on young people, (what is real and what is not). I also can speak about nutrition or fitness in more depth to certain audiences if this is something you are interested in. For example i speak to models about nutrition, how to eat well, living a healthy lifestyle and their benefits. 

I am a ambassador for BEAT charity and like to give a small donation to charity from doing speeches.

I'm a model with 6 years of experience, please see my PORTFOLIO, and feel free to contact me for bookings. I have experience in fitness, lifestyle, commercial, catwalk and hair.
